Caitlin Swan
Caitlin graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws in 1985 and completed the Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 1986. Caitlin practices in the area of Wills and Estates, Estate Litigation, and Family Law, and is also Managing Solicitor at Swan Family Lawyers.
Dajana Vujica
Dajana graduated from the University of Adelaide with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of International Studies in 2014. Whilst completing her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, she obtained employment as a Judge’s Associate in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Laura Elkins
Laura graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Law and Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Justice and Society in 2015. Following her admission, Laura has gained a significant amount of experience advocating for clients in both the criminal and family law jurisdictions. In 2022 Laura decided to focus her practice on family law, and went on to complete a Masters of Applied Law specialising in Family Law.
Sonia Griesbach
Sonia graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) in 2018. After completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, Sonia was employed as a Judge’s Associate in the District Court of South Australia. Sonia has worked in private practice in Adelaide, practising predominantly in Family Law. Sonia has been exposed to a diverse range of matters and has participated in numerous Conciliation Conferences, mediations and other court events in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
Jaimie Hill
Jaimie is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Criminology at the University of Adelaide. Jaimie is highly motivated with excellent attention to detail. As Office Manager, Jaimie works hard to support our solicitors and staff to ensure our clients receive quality legal service. Outside of work, Jaimie enjoys spending her time with family and friends, reading, and baking with her three children. Debra Zagari
Debra Zagari has over 25 years experience as a legal secretary and has been with Swan Family Lawyers for more than 11 years, working predominantly with Christopher Swan, supporting him to ensure all clients receive the best possible service. Lauren Wooley
Lauren has been working as a legal secretary for almost 12 years working in various areas of law but predominantly in Family Law and Wills and Estates. She has a vast range of knowledge and experience and is highly efficient. Lauren is warm and empathetic, relating well to clients and making them quickly feel at ease. Ruby Haines
Ruby is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Relations at the University of Adelaide and will graduate at the end of 2024. Ruby is friendly, efficient and enthusiastic. Eva Harris
Eva is a recent high school graduate and aspiring law school student currently undertaking a gap year. She is caring, hard-working, and detail-oriented. As an administrative assistant, Eva enjoys learning about the legal profession and assisting the solicitors to ensure that all clients receive the level of professionalism that Swan Family Lawyers guarantees. Daisy Swan
Daisy, our chocolate labradoodle, joined us in July 2021 as our office dog having graduated from puppy school the previous month. She was a star pupil, connecting with her handlers and mastering sit, settle and stay commands with some recall. Since graduating she has continued her training inhouse at Swan Family Lawyers and enjoys bonding with the staff and clients and providing a calming influence to the fast paced environment of a legal office. We assume and hope her skills will improve as she ages and becomes a little less exuberant. In her spare time Daisy enjoys spending time with her friends and family, visiting the beach and, best of all catching the ball over and over and over…..
